Chojeon (草田) Park Byung-sik is a renowned elder ceramic artist and Buddhist monk (Dharma name: Hyo-gyeong, Art names: Chojeon/Daeho) who has dedicated decades to working with clay at the foot of Tohamsan Mountain in the ancient capital of Gyeongju. His ceramic artistry is characterized by:

- Artistic Focus: Primarily creating traditional Buncheong ware, black glazed ceramics, and large moon jars.
- Buddhist Influence: He views the process of shaping clay and firing pottery as a form of spiritual discipline. He is known for meticulously carving the Prajnaparamita Sutra (Banya Simgyeong) onto the surface of his ceramic pieces through intaglio or brush calligraphy.
