Concentrated kiwi flavour essence.

Add a fresh, tangy kiwifruit character to your creations with this concentrated flavouring. These flavourings are suitable for beer, wine, cider, liqueurs and spirits. Since it’s highly concentrated, you only need a small amount to get the flavour to shine through. For spirits and liqueurs, a capful per bottle is usually plenty. In food, just add a few drops and adjust to taste. If you’re adding it to beer or cider, we suggest trialling a small sample first (around 200mL), adjusting the flavour until it’s right, then scaling the dosage for your whole batch.
