Place a new washer on both sides of each Banjo bolt, then tighten them to specifications using a torque wrench. Step 3: Inject & Bleed - Inject fresh brake fluid into the system. Repeatedly squeeze the brake lever while loosening and tightening the bleeder valve until all air bubbles are completely expelled from the hose. Step 4: Safety Check - Before hitting the road or trail, repeatedly depress the brake pedal fully to check for any fluid leaks at all joints. Ensure the steel brake lines do not scrape against the tires or A-arms when the handlebars are fully turned.
